A delight for your tastebuds

L’éclair is a french pastry invented in the XIXe century.  Since then, this delicate pastry traveled through the centuries and has more than twenty recipes.  It is also a pastry that remind us the childhood when our parents where offering one.  In Paris, all the locals bakeries usually offer three flavors; chocolate, coffee and caramel.  Passionate pastry chef Christophe Adam from the well known bakery Fauchon in Paris has more than twenty four flavors...
